Location	11 miles from downtown Talkeetna, AK.

Description	Beautiful Talkeetna bed and breakfast with friendly hosts and a real breakfast. Tastefully decorated log home, located on local Talkeetna area lake, beautiful views. 2 King Rooms and 2 Queen rooms, each with private bath. Amenities also include dvd collection, wireless internet access, and a deck overlooking the lake. Canoes on the lake are available free to guests.
Rates (not including 5% bed tax)	$185 Queen or King room for 2 guests. One king room has a twin bed and the other king room has a roll-away bed. An extra person in the room is $20. 20% discount for military, senior (62 or older), and AK residents
Winter Rates	$100 for Queen or King room
Confirmation Deposit	Credit card is held but not charged till stay or due to last minute cancellation.
Cancellation Policy	If cancel within 24 hours of stay, credit card will be charged full amount of stay.
