Location	5 miles from downtown Talkeetna, on a bluff overlooking the Alaska Range
Type of Lodging	Bed and Breakfast in custom crafted home, as well as a separate cabin/cottage.
Bathrooms	Private baths in all accommodations
Breakfast	Continental Breakfast included, plus access to full kitchen
Description	Main house offers a spacious living area with a beautiful view of the Alaska Range. Enjoy looking at photographs and climbing equipment from the owner's thirty year climbing and guiding career. The furnished kitchen and dining area is available for guests' use. Satellite TV with a DVD player and VCR are available, as well as wireless internet. 2 bedrooms with private baths in main house. Separate chalet cabin has Queen bed in a nook, fold out coach, a private bath and kitchen of its own.
Rates (not including 5% bed tax)	- Queen bedroom, jacuzzi tub, view of Alaska Range: $140 - Queen bedroom, private bath, view of forest: $120 - Chalet Cabin, Queen bed and foldout couch with private bath and kitchen: $150 - Pets accepted upon approval, with $25 cleaning fee
Winter Rates	Sept 16 - April 30 Chalet only: $95
Confirmation Deposit	One night stays are paid at the time of reservations. Longer stays require a 50% deposit.
Cancellation Policy	Deposits are refundable up to 30 days prior to the date of the stay, minus a $25 fee.
