Location	In downtown Talkeetna, AK.

Description	Newly built log cabins right downtown, with living room and kitchen. The owners built the cabins themselves with logs off of their own land. Each cabin is unique. 2 cabins have a queen and twin bed, and pullout couch. 2 cabins have 2 queens and a twin, and pullout couch. Also a 3 bedroom house with a queen in each room, and 2 extra twins. 1 bathroom per cabin. Each cabin includes a full kitchen, living room, satellite TV, telephone. Coin operated laundry on site.
Rates (not including 5% bed tax)	$175 for two in smaller cabins, $350 for four in large 3 bedroom cabin; extra guests $20 each. Kids 8 and under stay for free.
Winter Rates	$115 per cabin for two, $20 per extra guest, 3 bedroom house is closed in winter
Confirmation Deposit	$50 deposit per cabin per night to hold reservation.
Cancellation Policy	If cancel up to 14 days before stay, full refund less $25 service fee. If cancel within 14 days of stay, credit charged will be charged for full stay.
