Location	20 minute drive from downtown Talkeetna, AK
Type of Lodging	Log Cabin in natural setting, solar powered

Breakfast	No breakfast, but coffee and tea are provided in kitchenette.
Description	Log cabin sleeps 2 in upstairs loft, with double bed sleeper sofa downstairs for additional guests. The cabin has a small bathroom with shower and toilet, a kitchenette with two propane burners and mini oven, old style coffee grinder and coffee maker, dishes, and pots and pans. Use the BBQ-Grill on your porch for an "outdoor style" meal. Satellite TV and DVD player in cabin. Solar-powered as long as the sun is shining! Friendly dogs are permitted during winter at an extra charge per dog. Dogs cannot be left in cars or unattended.
Rates (not including 5% bed tax)	$125 for two. $20 for each extra guest. Kids under 8 stay free. Sourdough Rate (AK residents): $100/night based on double occupancy. Weekly Rate: stay 7 nights, pay for 6 nights.
Winter Rates	Same rates year-round. Friendly dogs allowed in winter only at $15.00 per dog maximum 2 dogs.
Confirmation Deposit	$50 credit card deposit to hold reservation
Cancellation Policy	Full refund of deposit if you cancel up to 30 days prior to stay.
