Location	11 miles from downtown Talkeetna, Alaska
Type of Lodging	3 bedroom bed and breakfast lodge plus cabin, all with private baths

Breakfast	Continental Breakfast w/muffins, toast, cereals, waffles, coffee (Flavor of the Day, Regular & DeCaf), teas and juices are served in the commons area each morning from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM.
Description	3 rooms with private baths in the main lodge: Denali room offers a King bed, beautiful panoramic view of McKinley, Foraker and Hunter. Overlooking pond and valley. There are queen beds in the Yukon (with view) and Denali rooms. All rooms, as well as the Lodge, are decorated with new log furniture, and include HDTV Direct TV, a DVD player, and Wifi, with continental breakfast available in the morning. The cabin can sleep 3, with a queen size bed and futon, microwave and refrigerator as well as a private bath. Pets are allowed with prior approval (add $20.00 cleaning fee if there is a pet).
Rates (not including 5% bed tax)	Rates are for 2 guests. Extra guests $10 each. Kids under 12 are free. Denali Room with King Bed, tub, best view: $140 Yukon Room with Queen bed, shower, view: $130 Wilderness Room with Queen bed, shower: $120 Private Cabin with Queen Bed, Futon, bath: $140 Nice Dogs accepted. 20.00 charge - Cabin Only.
Winter Rates	Rates are for 2 guests. Extra guests $10 each. Kids under 12 are free. October 1 through April 30 Denali Room with King Bed, tub, best view: $115 Yukon Room with Queen bed, shower, view: $105 Wilderness Room with Queen bed, shower: $95 Private Cabin with Queen Bed, Futon, bath: $115
Confirmation Deposit	A 50% deposit upon reservation. If there is smoking or pets in the rooms, a $150.00 cleaning fee will be assessed.
Cancellation Policy	If canceled prior to 72 hours, full refund less $25.00 processing fee. Without 72 hour notice, 1 night will be charged.
