Description	Two comfortable cabins with a beautiful small private lake right outside your door. Both cabins have monitor heat, coffee maker, microwave, small refrigerator, toaster and dishes. Each has a downstairs bedroom with queen bed, full size futon in living area, and a small loft with a full-sized mattress. (loft accessible only by teens or older) Comfortable size for a family of four, with possible capacity for 6.
Rates (not including 5% bed tax)	Double Occupancy - $140.00; Each additional - $20.00
Winter Rates	Double Occupancy - $95.00; Each additional - $15.00
Confirmation Deposit	A one night deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
Cancellation Policy	If the reservation is cancelled 14 days prior to arrival we refund your deposit minus a $25 dollar administration fee. If cancellation is received 14 days prior until two days before arrival, 50% of the deposit will be refunded. Later cancellation will result in loss of your deposit.
