Description	Brand new 2 story, 2 bedroom cabin just a few minutes drive from Talkeetna, with an awesome view of the Alaska Range and an outdoor deck with gas bbq grill. Private bath with shower (no tub). 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor; 1 has a queen bed, 2nd has 2 twins. Futon couch in living area brings capacity to 6 guests. Full kitchen supplied with dishes and cookware.
Rates (not including 5% bed tax)	$155.00 for 2; $20.00 for each additional guest. Can sleep up to 6; Children under 8 are free.
Winter Rates	$120 for two. $20 for each additional guest up to 6 guests total.
Confirmation Deposit	Deposit of one nights stay will be charged to credit card.
Cancellation Policy	72 hours cancellation notice required for a refund of deposit less a $25 service fee.
