Location	Downtown Talkeetna, Alaska, overlooking Main Street
Type of Lodging	Studio apartment (North Suite) and 2 bedroom apartment (South Suite) sleep 2 to 6
Bathrooms	Private bath. Studio apartment (North Suite) has shower only. 2 bedroom South Suite has tub/shower combo.
Breakfast	No breakfast, but coffee and tea are provided in kitchenette. Full service restaurant downstairs.
Description	Two newly renovated downtown Talkeetna suites located above a delicious full-service restaurant. Both suites have kitchenette with microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker and refrigerator, as well as Satellite TV. Studio apartment (North Suite) has queen bed and pull out couch (double) and an enclosed private sun room overlooking Main Street. Two-bedroom South Suite has 1 queen, 2 twins, and a pullout sofa in living room.
Rates (not including 5% bed tax)	Studio apartment (North Suite): $140 for 2. Two-bedroom South Suite: $160 for 2. $20 each additional guest up to 6. Children under 10 are free.
Winter Rates	October 1 - April 30: North Suite - $100 for 2 South Suite - $120 for up to 4, $20 each additional guest up to 6. Children under 10 are free.
Confirmation Deposit	One night's stay
Cancellation Policy	Refund if cancel within 72 hours of stay, less a $20 fee
