My grandson Sam and I have returned from our Elderhostel in Denali and I want to thank you for all your fine work and recommendations. Your suggestion that we do the Fjord Tour was perfect. Talkeetna Travel has worked with numerous Road Scholar clients (Road Scholar is the new program name for Elderhostel Inc.) since 1999. We are familiar with the variety of programs offered and also the potential for confusing logistics getting to and from Alaska.
We can help you with everything including airfare, transportation to and from your program, and overnight accommodations if they are needed (including discounted Anchorage hotel rates) We will also help you arrange custom side trip extensions, either before or after your Road Scholar Program.
We will work hard finding you the most convenient flights times at the best price, whether it be an open jaw or a direct round
trip. We will investigate all the options.
What does our expert help cost you? Nothing! We do not charge anything for our reservation service (except for a reasonable fee for booking airline tickets, since travel agents no longer receive commissions from airlines.)
